These Terms of Service govern your use of the Sculpted Alchemy website and your purchase of products and services from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products & Orders

All arrangements are handcrafted and made to order. Due to the seasonal and perishable nature of florals, exact stem varieties may vary from photos based on availability. We will always maintain the color palette, composition style, and quality level of the arrangement depicted.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged at checkout is the price at the time of your order. Sales tax will be applied where required by law.

Custom & Event Orders

Wedding, event, and commissioned orders are governed by a separate service agreement signed at the time of booking. In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Service and your service agreement, the service agreement controls.

Subscriptions

By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize Sculpted Alchemy to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency selected. You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle. We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including photography, copy, design, and branding — is the exclusive property of Sculpted Alchemy. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Sculpted Alchemy's liability to you for any claim arising from a product or service is limited to the amount you paid for that product or service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Davidson County, Tennessee.
