Perishable Nature of Products

All floral arrangements and botanical products sold by Sculpted Alchemy are perishable and handcrafted to order. Due to the nature of fresh flowers, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been fulfilled.

Quality Guarantee

We take immense pride in the quality of every arrangement we create. If your order arrives damaged, significantly different from what was described, or below our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with the following:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the arrangement
• A brief description of the issue

We will assess the situation.
