Cancellation policy

Cancellations

Orders cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled fulfillment date are eligible for a full refund. Orders cancelled within 48 hours of fulfillment are eligible for store credit only, as stem sourcing and preparation may have already begun. Custom and commissioned orders (including wedding and event florals) are subject to the cancellation terms outlined in your individual service agreement.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders may be paused or cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellations made after billing has processed for a given cycle will be fulfilled for that cycle and cancelled going forward. No refunds are issued for subscription cycles already billed and fulfilled.

Delivery Issues

If your order was not delivered as scheduled due to an error on our part, we will redeliver at no charge or issue a full refund. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout, recipient unavailability, or circumstances beyond our control (severe weather, etc.).
